Yoga ... and more! In addition to the already comprehensive approach of yoga, it contains other elements that have proven to be very helpful and effective in my training, especially in the areas of mindfulness, meditation, laughter yoga (:-)), body-centered therapy methods, fascia training and functional training.
The units are designed in such a way that you experience a noticeable improvement in your mental, emotional and physical well-being in a short time and return to your everyday life in a more balanced and energetic manner.

Forces free. When we are spiritually alert and vital, we are open to new perspectives. When we are angry, anxious, or tense, we lose sight of these possibilities. Our minds get caught up in an exhausting restlessness, supposedly simple situations overwhelm us.
In this group coaching (max. 6 people) we train our brain and all neurophysiological and hormonal structures of our organism to "send" a much wider experience of our being than we often experience in everyday life.
Various scientifically based methods from the areas of personality development, meditation and mindfulness help us with this.
Laughter Yoga
... desire for joy!
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy.
We initiate laughter as a group exercise, but with eye contact and playful childliness it soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
We call it laughter yoga because it combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and brain, making you feel more energetic and healthier.
Scientific studies show that the body cannot distinguish between real laughter and voluntary laughter when it is done with readiness. You get the same health benefits whether the laughter is real or simulated:
Laughter Yoga was introduced in 1995 by an Indian doctor, Dr. Madan Kataria, started with just five people in a park in Mumbai. There are thousands of laugh clubs in more than 100 countries.

5 sessions: 45 €
Stress management:

3) 15 min before the start of the lesson you will receive your
Zoom link to the email address with which you registered.
4) I give everyone the opportunity to take part in my classes.
> If you do not currently have the financial means to pay the full class fee, let me know and we will find a solution.
> If your financial situation allows you, please send an amount that is worth it to you. With this you support me in teaching people who cannot easily afford it.
